代表性的男人天堂研究
- 系联性思考用于科学学、经济学、理解型学习、安全学科
  物理学就是关于相互作用的科学。物理学通过综合直接和间接联系，例如通过格林函数（Green’s function）的计算，来构建系统的宏观行为和系统的微观结构之间的桥梁。其实，更一般地，把直接和间接联系综合起来，并且通过系统对微扰的相应来得到系统的整体性质和结构，是一个跨越学科重要的思维方式和分析方法。例如，我们的研究工作涉及了这个思想和技术物理学、经济学、科学学、语言和学习、安全学科等多个领域的应用。具体来说，有
  - 系联用于科学学，刻画学科结构[3，4，15]。论文之间的引用关系包含了学科之间的依赖关系，如果再把论文对应到概念网络，作者对应到论文，还可以进一步帮助科学家开展研究，帮助科技管理者做促进科技发展的管理
  - 系联用于汉字学习[21]。汉字之间存在着音形义上的联系，这样的联系可以如何帮助人们学习汉字呢？我们可以在局部和整体的层次用上这个联系，并且能算还能做实验检验。
  - 系联用于安全学科[6,7]。扰动，尤其是破坏性扰动的传播，在安全学科中是一个重要和典型的问题。我们的系联思想和算法也能发挥作用。
  把上面的这个思维方式和分析方法拓展到其他领域，让尽可能多的研究者和研究问题都采用它，是我的研究工作的追求和梦想之一。
  最近，基于我们汉字网络上的汉字学习的工作，以及教育学前辈专家，尤其是David Ausubel和Joseph Novak的理解型学习和概念地图的理念，我们成立了“教育系统科学研究中心”，在男人天堂下面。我们希望中心来开展系统性的科学性的旨在“帮助教师教得更好，帮助学生学得更好”教育研究。
- 量子输运
  这是我在博士期间的主要工作。这个研究的主要目的是建立从第一原理得到非平衡定态的理论框架与计算方法。我们采用开放系统动力学方程作为基本框架来求解非平衡定态。对于一个N-qubit相互作用系统，在这里，我们需要求解一个4^N维矩阵的本征值。这个成为应用这一理论的主要技术困难。我们的工作给出了几个解决这一难题的方法。这一工作是以后实际系统非平衡态的计算的基础。具体来说，我们提出了以下几个方法。
  - 利用格林函数的BBGKY链和集团展开的方法求解开系方程[24]。4^N 维矩阵的本征值问题转化为N²维线性方程的解。在小系统上跟精确解对比，这一方法的准确度，在中等与较弱相互作用强度的条件下，达到了误差2%以内。
  - 上述方法的二阶形式：问题转化为求解 N⁴维维线性方程的解。在中等与略强相互作用强度下，得到类似准确度（2%）并且由于其超越了通常的Hartree-Fock近似，可以求解两体格林函数。论文还在整理中，未发表。可以在我的个人主页看到主要结果。
  - 通过相干态表象把4^N维矩阵的本征值问题转化为2N维复变量的广义Fokker-Planck方程并通过数值模拟求解。对于无相互作用系统我们得到了非平衡分布的解析表达式。对于一般的系统，此方法的准确度在误差6%以内。论文还在整理中，未发表。可以在我的个人主页看到主要结果。
- 加权网络
  这一课题是我在BNU狄增如小组期间提出和开展起来的。我们在实证与理论模型这两个方面都展开了工作，包含了网络的静态性质，演化性质，演化模型等几个方面。
  - 加权网络的静态性质实证研究[11，12]。我们收集了基本上所有经济物理学领域的文献，按照作者的合作，致谢和引用关系构建了加权网络，研究了基本静态性质。
  - 加权网络的演化模型[3，7，9]。通常，加权网络的演化模型分开来处理连接结构的演化与权的演化，而且需要个体在很大范围内了解非局域信息。我们提出了一个权和连接遵循单一局域规则演化的模型。根据上一个工作，我们进一步提出一个猜想：局域规则比全局规则更基本，全局规则是局域规则模型演化过程中的涌现行为。我们对上面的模型还有一些别的局域演化模型的演化过程做了统计分析，验证了我们的猜想。这一工作对于网络演化机制的探讨具有指导意义。
- 量子博弈[20]与量子力学基础[18]
  用物理学的语言来看，经典博弈论就是经典客体上的博弈。客体有一个初始状态，博弈的参与者可以选择如何去操作这个客体来改变其状态。这些操作就是策略集合。然后，参与者按照客体的末状态来获得收益。在这个图景下，一个自然的问题就是如果客体是量子的而不是经典的，那么我们能否用经典博弈论的数学框架来研究量子客体上的博弈。我发现基于经典概率论的传统博弈论不足以描述量子博弈。经典概率论必须被量子概率论（密度矩阵）所取代。这个关系就正好像经典力学被量子力学取代一样。
  一个相关的问题就是一个基于密度矩阵的概率论是否等价于某种形式的经典概率论，尽管我们允许后者非常复杂。这个问题在量子力学中也还是一个没有被完全解决的问题：量子力学隐变量理论的可能性。量子力学指出局域经典理论遵循Bell不等式，但是量子测量的实验看起来违反Bell不等式。所以，只要进一步的实验能够更确定地证明量子测量违反Bell不等式，我们就能说基于密度矩阵的概率论不等价于任何局域的经典概率论。所以从关于量子博弈的研究中，我又回到了量子力学基本问题的研究。我的工作表明，即使允许非局域理论，即使不依赖于新的实验，用经典概率论来描述基于密度矩阵的概率论也是不行的。
